In recent years, tuberculosis has re-emerged as a serious public health problem, raising the possibility of increased incidence of ocular tuberculosis. Ocular involvement is an uncommon extra-pulmonary manifestation of Tubercular infection. We report a case of a 10-year-old male child who presented with an ulcerated scleral nodule. Provisional diagnosis of Phlyctenular conjunctivitis/ parinaud’s syndrome was made and was treated to which he did not respond. On further investigations Mantoux test was found to be positive and he was started on anti Tubercular therapy. He responded well to the treatment and the ulcerated nodule on the sclera healed without scarring. It’s a rare presentation of tuberculosis, which has seldom been reported in the past.
