Abstract

The healthcare industry is undergoing a paradigm shift in terms of structure and operations. Players is the healthcare industry are in the process of updating their process and procedures to ensure that a maximum utility can be derived from the consolidated health information. This pathway of consolidation not only benefits the players in the healthcare industry but also has its own implication on the policy front. The objective of this article is to outline the examine the benefits and challenges of implementing ICD-10 at RTIICS and to introduce ICD 10 system of coding to the employees through hands on training
